Effectum Capital Partners (ECP) – is an owner-managed and independent investment and asset
management specialist based in Munich.
Our “hands-on” asset management approach enables us
to quickly identify and realize hidden potential. The two founder’s extensive experience in the
institutional, private equity and family office sector builds the foundation for their profound
network, to acquire projects and implement the appropriate measures, both in the commercial as
well as the technical asset management.
The aim of every project is to meet the requirements of
both tenants and investors to their utmost satisfaction, by implementing concrete measures such
as obtaining building permits, energy-related renovations or optimizing operations.
Effectum Capital Partners operates in the residential and office sector across Germany. The preferred risk profile ranges from CorePlus to Value Add projects.

changing ever faster. This requires forward-looking asset-specific strategies, innovation and creativity paired with the necessary
capital and the right timing, in order to realize projects that meet occupier demands.
Based on the two founders' many years of
experience with asset management-intensive real estate, ECP is particularly focused on complex projects which no longer meet
market trends but have significant intrinsic value.
Our investment approach is not driven by market cycles, but a rather
opportunistic approach, to capitalize on special situations arising from liquidity constraints, price corrections or complex asset
management tasks. Such a strategy can be pursued with individual assets as well as larger portfolios.
